While we firmly believe we have been 100% in compliance with any and all agreements in place (that we drafted and specifically negotiated to allow for this type of business), we have found it to be prohibitively expensive and time consuming to adjudicate in spite of our strong belief that we would prevail on all counts on the merits.
It is unfortunate that innovation and job-creation is stifled by legal expense.
