The Voice of the Customer is an ongoing section of FintechWire that will share facts, infographic citations, and other data elements shared by site contributors, FintechWire staff writers, companies appearing in articles, podcasts and/or other site media, as well as content shared from others within the community. It is a format for sharing information contained in news stories or features appearing across the site.

Example: ACG 2023 Fintech Consumer Survey
ACG, as an example of some of the data capabilities for this Voice of the Customer section of the FintechWire website, is electing to demonstrate the Voice of the Customer’s promotional capabilities by freely sharing the results from a one-off, ACG-sponsored survey. ACG’s intention is to build traffic and mailing list sign-ups in support of ACG’s public relations and marketing service offerings. This survey is available alongside other contributed Voice of the Customer information through FintechWire and our mailing lists, free of charge, at ACG’s sole discretion. ACG reserves all ownership rights to any Voice of the Customer data in the survey but grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use and distribute the information for anyone signing up with our mailing list here.

The 2023 Fintech Consumer survey and was compiled from a online survey of US Adults, age 18 and over. All respondents were distributed in approximation of U.S. Census age, income, gender, and regional distribution. Respondents also report having at least one banking, insurance, or investment provider relationship, and all reported making financial decisions for their household or sharing decision making with another household member.
